OUR TEAM:

 

Chef Chris: over 30 yrs experience in the culinary field, working Catering, Fine Dining, Casual Dining, as well as Corporate and Student Living. Chef Chris opened his first Cafe in King of Prussia Pa, in 2011. In October of 2015, Chef opened his 2nd location at 550 Pinetown Road in Fort Washington, Pa. Plenty of seating, outside patio, available for private parties up to 35-50 guests.

 

Jim: Chef's oldest son. Jim came into the family business and took to it in a fast pace, learning customer service, culinary, and the whole catering aspect from Prep to Cleanup. Jim helps run the family cafe as well as all catering functions.

 

Joan: Chef Chris' wife, who has stood by him for 27 years and one of his biggest fans, works catering functions, and in the family cafe when needed.

 

Megan: The middle child in the family. She is a school teacher by trade and is not affraid to help at any function Dad may have.

 

Christopher: The youngest, as a high school senior, CJ could get a job working at a restaurant or catering hall doing short order, salads or sautee. Just like the others he is a fast learned, quick study. Christopher decided not to go to college and play football, instead he was accepted to The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College. Christopher graduated in 2015, making the Deans List numerous times. He is a talented Chef, and learning the family business at a fast pace.
